What is SHACK15 doing to help prevent the spread of COVID-19?

 

The health and safety of the SHACK15 community is our top priority. As a result, our space has been equipped with various safety features including air purifiers, HVAC MERV-13 filters, sanitation stations and disinfecting wipes. This is in addition to capacity restrictions, increased VENTILATION through open doors + windows, social distancing, and compliance with all SF City and County regulations. What are your hours upon reopening?

We will be open from 8am to 8pm, Monday through Friday.

 
 

 
 

What is your mask policy?

Masks which cover both your nose and mouth are required at all times for all members, guests and staff while visiting SHACK15. They may only be removed while actively eating or drinking.

 
 

 
 

Do I need to make a reservation before coming to work at SHACK15?

No. SHACK15 does not require reservations however, we will be operating on a first-come, first-served basis at 50% capacity until SF restrictions allow otherwise.

 
 

 
 

Are guests welcome to use the space with me?

Yes, members can bring in 3 guests with them. Currently, SHACK15 is open at 50% capacity, members and guests included, on a first-come, first-served basis.

 
 

 
 

Is there a limit on how long I can work in the space?

No, you are welcome to use the space for as long as you like with no limitations!

 
 

 
 

Will I be reimbursed for my unused membership months in 2020?

All members have automatically received an extension of 12 free months, giving you access to the space until April 15th, 2022.

 
 

 
 

Is the SHACK15 cafe and bar open?

Yes, Our cafe and bar are officially open and ready to welcome you back into the space. Join us for a hand-crafted latte, signature cocktail or glass of wine by the Bay Window!

 
 

 
 

What kind of payments do you accept?

SHACK15 is a cash-less space. We accept all forms of digital and card payments as well as touchless payments through the SHACK15 app.

 
 

 
 

What is the SHACK15 app and how can I use it in the space?

The SHACK15 App is an exclusive feature currently only offered to our members. Once you’ve successfully completed membership registration, your email address can be used to log in to the SHACK15 App to create a profile and access the space -- it’s your key to getting the most out of your membership and can be used to check in at reception, order food and drink, attend events and book meeting rooms. Using the SHACK15 App will also help limit your touchpoints in the space, supporting COVID safety protocols.

 
 

 
 

Are meeting rooms still available for rent?

Yes. If you’re interested in booking a meeting room at SHACK15, visit the front desk or reach out to info@shack15.com for details and pricing.

 
 

 
 

Are phone booths still available for use?

Phone booths are available exclusively for coworking members, on a first-come, first-served basis.

 
 

 
 

Can I still house my bike in the reception area?

No. In order to protect our front-desk staff, we will no longer accept bikes, luggage or other items to be stored in the reception area. If you choose to bring your bike to SHACK15, you will be asked to walk it up the stairs and store it in secure storage space.

 
 

 
 

Can I bring my dog into SHACK15?

Yes! Your pup is still welcome to join us in the space.
